Letters to Members

CDL Letter, November 29, 2005
Recently, the new federal regulations implementing the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act (MCSIA) of 1999 took effect. Local 295 has done an analysis of these rules in an attempt to warn you about their possible negative impact on your driver's license and possibly your livelihood. For more information, download the CDL letter or visit the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration or your state's Department of Transportation site: Connecticut; New Jersey; or New York.
